Vieau Associates provides ASTM E 1528 compliant Transaction Screen Reports. A transaction screen consists of a reduced scope of work when compared to the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process and is intended to provide an initial indication of the environmental condition of the property and whether there is reason to believe a potential area of environmental concern exists.
